Error: "Add Section" button in the editor becomes disabled after use (refresh required)

In the website editor, after using the "Add Section" button once, the button becomes disabled and must be refreshed to become active again. Clicking on an empty space does not resolve this issue, which makes editing difficult. Please fix this bug.
