Logo upload is bit hard to figure out now. I dont know where to change it or manage it proper. Just simple “Logo” panel will make it much easier, so I can fix branding fast.

We agree the logo settings can be a bit confusing right now. A clearer, dedicated logo panel is already on our improvement list, and we’re planning to update this soon.
